Teams that work better together get more done

Grow cohesion and productivity in your team with empathy and conflict resolution training

Research has shown time and again that a connected team is an effective team. Maybe you’ve tried team-building field trips and ice breakers around the office, but empathy skills and conflict resolution training work at the root of how people connect with one another.

I have years of experience as a professional trainer and educator in the mental health field. I wrote and designed the learning tools that the B.C. Crisis Centre uses and has used to train hundreds of responders in empathy, connection, and how to move through conflict. I’ve also trained dozens of these responders myself.

In short, I have a wealth of expertise that means I can help your team develop the skills to come together in a genuine and lasting way, and to make sure that when conflicts arise, people leave them feeling more connected than they did before.

My seminars are engaging, practical, and useful the moment attendees leave the session. They’re customized to your schedule, your space, and your needs. If you’re interested or if you have any questions, use the contact form below to get in touch.
